Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if we believe the order contains incorrect information, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or other issues that prevent us from fulfilling the order properly.

Print-on-Demand Products

Our journals are printed on demand. This means your journal is printed specifically after your order is placed.

Because of this, production time is required before shipping, and changes or cancellations may not be possible once your order has entered production.

Pricing and Availability

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on our website and may change without notice.

We do our best to ensure product descriptions, prices, images, and availability are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and update information at any time.

Payment

Payment is required at checkout before your order is processed.

Checkout may be securely processed through available payment providers, including PayPal. Where available, customers may be able to pay by debit or credit card through PayPal without needing a PayPal account.

Shipping

Shipping times shown at checkout or on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Because our journals are printed on demand, production time is required before shipping. Shipping time begins after production is complete and the order has been handed to the carrier.

Because our journals are printed on demand, we cannot accept returns on used, written-in, or customer-damaged journals.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with a printing issue, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
