We want you to feel confident ordering from Side by Side Journals.
Each Game Time Series Journal is printed with care and created to become a meaningful keepsake for you and your child. If something is not right with your order, we will do our best to make it right.
30-Day Happiness Guarantee
If you are not happy with your journal, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the journal must be unused, unwritten in, and in its original condition.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your journal arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A photo of the packaging, if damaged
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Printed-to-Order Journals
Our journals are printed to order, which means each journal is made especially for your order.
Because of this, we cannot accept returns for journals that have been used, written in, damaged after delivery, or returned due to a change of mind once used.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping costs, where applicable, are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you received the wrong item, your order is missing, or there is another issue, please contact us and we will help resolve it as quickly as possible.
